DELIVERY OPTIONS WITH USED:
A. - Complete renovation: We repair the machines, leaving them in perfect conditions, like new.
With our used cranes it is possible to start new works with a full guarantee of future performance.
This gives the customer the possibility of ROI (Return of investment) over time, maintaining all the qualities of a new crane, and avoiding the indirect high costs resulting from break downs. It is the better option for the works that demand reliability and image. It is the best equation between quality and price.

Refurbish Process
The IBERGRUAS Target is to maintain the reliability and safety in the tower crane during the years of its life
1 .- Before a used crane is renovated it's checked, by our technicians, in the place where it is, inspecting all the breakdown recordings and deciding how it is going to be overhauled. We only refurbish cranes with no recurring breakdowns.
2 .- In our premises we store all the different elements and we study with the costumer the final type of repair to be carried out.
3 .- All mechanisms provided are opened for its control, performing an exclusive Potain repair protocol.
4 .- We only use original parts from Potain.
5 .-They are tested according to the exhaustive technical parameters of the manufacturer Potain.
6 .- The following stage is to shot blast, prime, paint, and assemble all after.
7 .- Preparation of the crane for a properly transport, either land or sea, and we load it efficiently (at lower cost with better guarantees for an arrival in a perfect conditions of the machine).
8 .- Finally it is mounted by the customer or by our technicians. Each refurbished Crane (Type A), enjoys our guarantee and a free technical phone support.

Is it safe to buy on-line? How can I trust on the supplier?
There is no greater guarantee that the manufacturer recommends a dealer, being the official distributor = 100% confidence.
The number of staff employed, number of owned cranes and the number and extension of their offices are also indicative of the seriousness and soundness of the supplier.
Another important feature to see the degree of confidence on the supplier is to know the number of cranesthat they had sold.

Once the supplier is choosen What is the machine that I need, for my project for my business?
If you have correctly chosen the supplier, they will give you the best advice.
How I want the Machine: EX WORKS (In the facilities of the supplier), FOB (Port in the supplier country), CIF (Costumers port)?
Everything depends on the cost and confidence on the choosen supplier.
Usually if you have no experience with the transport, it is strongly recommended that the transport is performed by the suppllier (CIF), them as an expert will always advise and arrange everything so you do not have problems in shipping and material arrives safely, quickly and with cost efficiency.
Notwithstanding of any of the choosen methods, is very convenient (if you have the slightest doubt about the supplier) the person at the time of the load to make sure everything is loaded, and that is loading without risk of moving loads transport.

How I receive the machine in my country? What documents are needed?
In Ibergruas we are experts and we only work with frontline global forwarders because we do not want to fail with the shipments.

We always send all the documentation requested by authorities and necessary for his country.
Safeties before opening the container:
At the time of opening a container is important to have some instructions from the supplier if it is and special envy.
If there is any problem then make photos and send them faster to the supplier.

WARRANTY IBERGRUAS CONDITIONS FOR SECOND USE CRANES
Finally a clear and transparent safety for the buyer of used:
Ibergruas Group provides the following conditions with its guarantee
Warranty Coverage:
1 .- In fully reconditioned crane (type A) the guarantee covers parts: structure and mechanisms.
2 .- In the checked crane (type B) the guarantee extends to structure parts of machinery.
3.- Without refurbish in the crane: there is no guarantee
4 .- In no event will cover elements that do not last due to the use such as: wires, liquids, etc ...
5 .- Repairs due to a bad use.
Length of Warranty:
Six months when applicable.
Details of the guarantee:
Our liability is expressly limited to the security already defined and specified in the replacement of damaged or defective parts, but in any case such a guarantee to cover any damage that the purchaser might suffer as a result of the consequential indirect cost of having the crane stopped.
The defective parts must be sent by the costumer to test the causes and send new ones.
The group Ibergruas is relieved of any liability for the condition or use, expressly by the buyer, who will respond in the event of an accident, damage to persons and materials.
